Lisa Craddock

Lisa Craddock teaches our essay and creative writing classes and our high school English courses.

Lisa holds BAs in Literature and Theatre, and a Master of Humanities in Film Studies with a concentration in Rhetoric (the art of speaking and writing effectively).  She has taught classes in literature, composition, and film for the University of Colorado, and her scholarship, essays, poetry, and plays have appeared in a variety of literary and academic venues. We’re proud to have her on our team!

On a personal note, we've known Lisa for decades--Becky's girls grew up with hers, and attended every LitWits workshop since we started back in 2010.  She's been with us through thick and thin, personally and professionally, and has been teaching for LitWits since 2015.  We can attest firsthand to her attributes--just a few of which are kindness, compassion, patience, intelligence, honesty, generosity, clarity, and passion for teaching literature and writing. All of this makes her far more than a fabulous teacher--she's a very best friend.

Honestly, we think anyone who gets to learn from our "Mrs. C." is blessed. We know WE are!
